Sarah-Beth Hansen is a certified mat Pilates instructor through the Pilates Institute of America (PIA) and currently in a 200hr yoga teacher training.
She is a mom of three little ones—born within just 3.5 years. After experiencing the physical and emotional toll of back-to-back pregnancies and postpartum recovery, she turned to Pilates as a way to reconnect with her body from the inside out.
What started with rebuilding her core became a powerful journey of strength, stability, and self-awareness. Sarah-Beth now shares that same restorative and empowering approach in her classes—offering a welcoming space for all bodies to move with purpose, breathe deeply, and feel strong from the center out.
