At Bea You Yoga we believe flexibility and mobility preserve the freedoms of youthfulness and health. Our mission is to help you be capable and empowered to live more abundantly on and off the mat.
Our classes are carefully rated by intensity level to help you choose the right fit:
Level 1: Low
Level 2: Moderate
Level 3: Vigorous
Click on a class to learn more and find the perfect one to nourish your body and soul . (Note: Class sizes are limited to 20 students unless specified otherwise.)
Beyond our regular classes, we're excited to offer:
- Pop-up classes led by guest yoga instructors
- Workshops and events focused on health and wellness
