Bea, a first-generation Latina and trailblazer in her family, discovered yoga in college while pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a minor in International Business from Washington State University. Over the years, she explored various ventures, including restaurants, sales, and network marketing, which taught her invaluable lessons in goal-setting, overcoming limiting beliefs, and business excellence. As a coach and mentor with over 10 years of experience, Bea empowered singles and couples to reach their full potential.

Bea's journey eventually led her to complete a 200-hour Soma Flow Yoga Teacher Training with Elizabeth Ruff, deepening her practice and revealing her true calling. This experience inspired her to open Bea You Yoga Studio, where she aims to provide a warm and welcoming space for students of all levels.

For many years, Brandy struggled with addictions and impulsive behaviors that led to an unhealthy lifestyle. However, through the power of breathwork, meditation, and yoga, she discovered a compassionate approach to self-healing. Joycelyn Harris

200hr Certified Yoga Teacher

Joycelyn Harris

Joycelyn’s yoga journey began about 12 years ago when she was invited to join a group of friends for a 26 & 2 hot yoga class. She had no idea what a gift that experience would be. After years of personal growth on the mat, she took a leap and completed her 200-hour teacher training.

Outside of yoga, Joycelyn loves spending time with her family—especially her beautiful grandchildren. She also enjoys snow skiing, water skiing, golfing, and hiking with her husband, but truly just loves being outdoors. She’s all about staying active, living with intention, and believes you’re never too old (or it’s never too late) to try something new. Joycelyn is excited to share the grounding and empowering benefits of yoga with others.

Christina Stalnaker

Christina Stalnaker

Christina Stalnaker - Rishi Yoga

I draw my inspiration from traditional Himalayan Yoga practices and the philosophy of Patanjali, the great Rishi (sage) and author of the Yoga Sutras. In each class, we integrate the Eight Limbs of Yoga, with an emphasis on breathing, meditation, energy work, and connecting to nature.

My Journey

My yoga path began over 15 years ago as a young officer in the U.S. Army. After sustaining multiple spinal injuries during my service, I turned to yoga for conservative pain management and discovered profound healing that went beyond the physical.

While serving a year-long tour in Afghanistan, working alongside Afghan National Police Women and witnessing the many tragedies of war, I was inspired to follow a different path. I've dedicated my life to spreading the wisdom of yoga and guiding others to inner peace—believing that through inner peace we will achieve peace throughout the world.

Following in the footsteps of the great yogis, I returned to South Asia—this time to stay and learn at the incredible yoga ashrams in Rishikesh, India, the birthplace of Yoga. I've completed over 1,000 hours of Yoga Teacher Training with specializations in Himalayan Yoga and Meditation, Yoga Psychology, Restorative Yoga, Somatic Intuitive Healing, and Mindfulness Meditation.

Teaching Experience

For the past 8 years, I've been guiding students on their yoga journeys. During this time, I've led numerous workshops and retreats across the U.S., founded the Wild Idaho Yoga Festival on the Selway River, and support my fellow teachers through the Idaho County Yoga Teachers Collective.

My Approach

My classes offer a calming, inward-focused experience that incorporates energy and breathwork. I emphasize mindfulness, somatic awareness, and alignment with the rhythms of nature to help you cultivate inner peace and connect with your true self.

Join me on the mat as we journey together toward balance, healing, and calm.

Chemika Hough

Chemika has been practicing yoga since 2024 and is currently in her 200hr yoga teacher training. She’s been a tap dancer since the age of 2, so movement has always been a part of who she is! She loves working out in a way that doesn’t feel like a workout, and that’s exactly what yoga gives her, strength, flow, and peace all at once. Chemika is a wife and proud mom of two. When she’s not on the mat, you can find her with my family,  hiking, out in nature, or near the water. Family time, fresh air, and movement keep her feeling grounded and happy.
