Our Mat Pilates is the original Pilates method — a full-body workout done on the floor using just a mat and your bodyweight. Some classes may have the use of props. You’ll flow through exercises that build deep core strength, improve posture, increase flexibility, and connect breath to movement.

This class welcomes everyone. Every move comes with options to modify or challenge, so you choose your intensity whether it’s your first class or your 100th. No experience needed.
