Link breath to movement in this energizing class. You’ll move through a series of poses — flowing from one to the next — guided by your inhale and exhale. 

Expect to build heat, strength, and flexibility as we repeat sequences that combine standing poses, balance, and core work. Every class includes a warm-up, flowing sequences, and a restful cool down. 

Good for you if: You like to move and want a class that feels like a workout + stretch in one. 

Beginners welcome: We offer modifications for every pose and go step-by-step. No flexibility or experience needed — just show up. 

Pace: Steady and continuous, but you control your intensity. Take breaks whenever you need.
