Find your flow in this 85° - 95° hot Vinyasa class. This dynamic practice combines breath-synchronized movement with creative sequencing to build internal heat, strength, and flexibility. Each movement flows into the next creating a dance-like sequence by weaving together asanas (poses).
Please bring a yoga towel/or regular towel. You will sweat!
