Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic and meditative practice that links movement with breath, creating a flowing dance-like sequence by weaving together asanas (poses).

Important: 6AM classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays need a minimum of 5 students to hold the class. Please make sure your reservation is done the night before by 8PM. If less than 5 students are signed after 8PM, the class will be canceled.
