This high-energy fusion class blends HIIT workouts, dance inspired movement, and yoga elements to get you moving, grooving, and breathing deep. Expect intense cardio bursts, powerful poses, and mindful moments - all set to a pulsating beat. 


What to expect:

-Warm up

-Primal movement, strength and conditioning, abdominal toning while incorporating dynamic sequencing + variations and HIIT elements (Plyometrics/Sprints/Burpee/Jumps/Bursts) 

- cool down (stretches and savasana)
