This class combines physical postures (asanas) that we hold for up-to 45 seconds, breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation to balance the body's energy and prepare it for deeper states of consciousness.

Practiced in a serene environment at a comfortable 75°, these classes combine held poses followed by deep stretches. Everything your mind and body crave. 

Help release tension, increase strength and flexibility, and calm your mind.

All levels welcome.
