It’s a practice that combines the strength-building and core-stabilizing benefits of Pilates with the flexibility and mindfulness of yoga. 


This class is maxed at 25 students vs 20 like our other other classes. 

Expect a practice that engages your entire body, improves posture and balance, and leaves you feeling strong, centered, and relaxed. Our class includes core exercises, strengthening poses, and deep, healing stretches, starting with a gentle approach and gradually building up to more intense movements, allowing you to tailor your practice to your needs. 


Perfect for those looking to mix up their routine. Suitable for all levels.
