What is Yin Yoga?- Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice that targets the deeper tissues of the body, such as the connective tissues. By holding passive, seated postures for extended periods, you'll cultivate flexibility, calmness, and a deeper connection to your body.


Myofascial Release- adds an extra layer of release, by using balls which target the fascia to melt away tension and stiffness. 


This unique blend will help you let go of deep-seated stress and stiffness, promoting relaxation, improved mobility, and a greater sense of well-being.
