Yoga Sculpt is a Pilates inspired practice that is physically challenging and combines yoga, strength training, and cardio exercises. This high-energy workout is designed to build strength, boost flexibility, and burn calories.


Typically, Yoga Sculpt classes involve:


•  Vinyasa-style yoga flows to build internal heat and flexibility

•  Pilates inspired movement 

•  Strength training exercises using light weights, resistance bands, or bodyweight

•  Breathwork and relaxation techniques to calm the mind and rejuvenate the body


Our Yoga Sculpt classes take place in a warm and inviting room, heated to a comfortable 75°F. This gentle warmth will help increase flexibility, promote sweating, and detoxify the body.
