After owning Body Balance Pilates Studio in Longview, WA for 6 years, Patti brings a wealth of experience. With 9 years as an instructor under her belt, she's ready to share her expertise with us here at Bea You Yoga. We are tickled!

This series is limited to only 12 students per class so that more one on one instruction is available to you. 


Classes are slow-paced, fun, and educational, allowing you to build a foundation in Pilates. Each class builds upon the previous one, so consistent attendance is highly encouraged to get the most out of this series.


You'll learn and understand:

  •   Lateral ribcage breathing while keeping lower abdominals engaged throughout all exercises
  •   Pelvic placement in natural C curve and imprint to protect lower back muscles throughout movement
  •   Proper posture and alignment by focused control and awareness
  •   Head to cervical placement, scapular movements and stabalization of the shoulder muscles


Pilates focuses on strengthening core muscles, improving posture, and enhancing flexibility.
