Join us for a gentle yet powerful practice that will help your body digest the delicious (but let's be real, indulgent ðŸ˜‹) food from the holiday. We'll guide you through twisty and bendy yoga poses designed to:


✨ Gently massage your abdominal organs

✨ Improve blood flow and reduce bloating

✨ Release tension in your digestive tract


Some of the poses we'll explore include:

✨ Half Lord of the Fishes Pose (Ardha Matsyendrasana) to get those twists going

✨ Supine spinal twists (Supta Matsyendrasana) to relax and release

✨ Wind-Relieving Pose (Pavanamuktasana) to, well, relieve the pressure ðŸ˜‰

✨ Malasana (squat) to get those digestive juices flowing


Breathing deeply is key, so don't worry if you're new to yoga - just focus on your breath and let the twists do their magic!
