Find peace and tranquility in our gentle and restorative yoga and meditation class. This class is designed to help you release tension, calm your mind, and cultivate inner peace. Through gentle, minimal movements, you'll relax your body and quiet your thoughts. 

Our class features gentle yoga, guided meditation, and breathing techniques, all set to soothing music in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. 

Over four weeks, we'll explore different themes, including awareness of breath, body scan, loving kindness, and mantra. 

Whether you're a beginner or experienced, all levels are welcome.
